If you do not see my interaction when clicking on the toilet after trying for baby but you do see the one from the base game, it means the childbirth mod is not installed correctly, follow this tutorial to re-install it. If you don’t see any option to take pregnancy test at all, go to cas and check the pregnancy setting for your sim and the the sim they are trying for baby with to make sure one can get pregnant and the other can impregnate, try for baby then check the toilet again. If it still doesn’t work, it means another mod is likely intentionally or unintentionally making your sim unable to get pregnant.
